The amount of rainfall that falls at Summit Lake is close to the national average; December is the month that gets the most snow; the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. There's splendid hiking along the Holland Falls National Recreation Trail; 19N16W26CCCB01 Spring is an inspiring spot to take a look at while here. But wait, there's more to do near Summit Lake. A delightful       nearby hotel is Whitetail Cabins. Summit Lake is a glorious spot to camp, Holland Lake Campground is a glorious spot; hiking is a popular thing to do around Summit Lake; Foothills Trail is a fine local trail. During the warm days of summer highs here at Summit Lake get into the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Summit Lake.
