Through the summer at Stoyanoff Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime highs are usually in the 30's, and overnight lows at Stoyanoff Lake during the wintertime usually sink into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Smith River offers some great whitewater; Keep       Cool Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to. If you came for an overnight stay Skidway Campground is a great place to camp; Kettle Hollow is another pleasant location to visit close by. Hiking along the Divide Trail is tremendous fun; this is a popular place for people from Great Falls. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great planet it would be. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Tenderfoot Creek.; May is when you                  get the most rain here; February is the month with the least moisture. Man, is there lots of cool things to do in the Big Belt Mountains. Keep Cool Creek is a glorious spot to check out, and do stop by Stoyanoff Dam if you're here.
