Around Storm Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Hiking along the Boulder Lakes Trail is nice fun, and if you need a place to stay Rodeway       Inn Deer Lodge is a great choice. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Discovery Ski has great slopes and a friendly staff; do stop by Storm Lake, it's a delightful lake. For the duration of the summer at Storm Lake highs are usually in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Storm Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby Storm                  Lake Pass is a good place to go if you're at Storm Lake, and a pleasant spree to Goat Flat is a great way to spend an afternoon. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Alder Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Georgetown Lake Lodge is a delightful local campground, and Upper Seymour Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at.
