An average amount of rain falls at Stoner Lake; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. The Holland Falls National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best, and camping is available at Holland Lake Campground. High temperatures at Stoner Lake during the months of summer are in the 80's. Once the sun       is down it plunges down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's with temperatures at Stoner Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Stoner Lake; Foothills Trail is a good local trail, and if you need a place to stay Bridge Street Cottages is a great choice. Twin Creeks Bed and Breakfast is a good site to get some rest, and a glorious location to camp here at Stoner Lake                  is Lindbergh Campground. Stoner Lake is right by the Smith Creek Trail; there's some flowing water close by, Kraft Creek is a stream you can pop by while you're here.
