You just must go for the Absaroka Range. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Star Dust Lake; Thunderer Cutoff Trail is a brilliant local trail, and great hiking is available along the Pilot Creek Trail. Just can't get enough of Star Dust Lake. After a long day outdoors Elk Horn Lodge is a good place to spend a night or two, unsurprisingly you could also go to Anvil Lake if you're here; it's       not far at all. Star Dust Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Republic Trail, and Courthouse Mountain is a peak you can observe from Star Dust Lake. These mountains rock, just explore all the amusing stuff to do in the Absaroka Range. Paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone is so much fun, and Star Dust Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Soda Butte Campground is a nice local campground. Glide                  down the rapids of Stillwater River in a kayak; Alpine Motel is a great spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Star Dust Lake is a location that is reasonably dehydrated generally; through May this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. A tour to Lulu Pass is always fun; a brilliant site to camp here at Star Dust Lake is Colter Campground. High temperatures at Star Dust Lake through the summer are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 30's.
