Camping is available at Glacier Mountain Shadows Resort, and get wet paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork. Spoon Lake is a location that is relatively arid commonly; through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest of the months is April. If you need a spot to stay Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a fine choice, and going for a hike along the Columbia       Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. A good location to camp here at Spoon Lake is LaSalle RV Park and Campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Flathead River - Middle Fork. Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Spoon Lake. While you're here at Spoon Lake you can take a hike along the Doris Creek Trail, and you'll meet a lot of people from Kalispell here. At Spoon Lake during                  the warm months highs are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. All through the wintertime highs are frequently in the 20's; nighttime lows through the wintertime for Spoon Lake tend to be in the 0's. Bad Rock B&B is a tremendous site to get some rest, and popping by Glacier National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. This lake is so wonderful. On a nice day at Spoon Lake you can take a hike along the Howe Lake Trail, and gorgeous scenery and perfect skiing is what you acquire at Big Mountain. This lake is so wonderful.
