    Do stop by Spook Lake while you're in this part of Montana. Near Spook Lake you discover the Morrell Falls National Recreation Trail which is a good hiking trail, and a lovely lake like Hidden Lake is a tremendous place to go to. Go for a hike on the Blackfoot Divide Trail, and Spook Lake is a wonderful spot to visit for more than one day, Placid Lake Campground is a wonderful spot to camp nearby. Spook Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; the month of January  
   is the wettest with most of the snow, and July is when it's the driest.
This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Pyramid Pass Trail is always a glorious adventure. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Spook Lake has to offer, you can camp at River Point Campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff near Spook Lake. The skiing at Marshall Mountain is fine. Do pop by Placid Lake in the neighborhood of Spook Lake, it's a pretty
 
               lake; soar down the rapids of Blackfoot River in a kayak.
All through the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Spook Lake; the night is a bit chillier of course, usually in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Spook Lake.
