What a nice lake Split Reservoir is. This lake is so wonderful. Hill Ranch Oasis is a pleasant place to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Split Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Crooked Creek Campground. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Split Reservoir reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Split Reservoir.
