For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at South One Horse Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. The vista of pretty Lolo Peak near South One Horse Lake is great, and at Duffy Lake Dam right next door to South One Horse Lake there are some attention-grabbing things to see. South One Horse Lake is located in the Bitterroot Range. This lake is so wonderful.
