Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 30's. Highs during the winter are typically in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Snail Lake. At Snail Lake you can catch a sight of Crazy Mountain; if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Crazy Mountain Trail. The annual precipitation here at Snail Lake is about average; of all the months in a year June is the one       with the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Snail Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Crazy Creek Campground is a nice site for that; the Copeland Lake Trail is a glorious hiking trail nearby. Red Lodge Mountain has tremendous slopes and a friendly staff, and on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Lake Reno Trail. This is no place for people                  who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and a gorgeous lake like Shrimp Lake is a wonderful spot to stop at. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Absaroka Range. If you came to camp Lake Creek Campground is a magnificent site to do that, and Planaria Lake is a nice lake close by. This spot, the Absaroka Range, has so much outdoors cool stuff.
