The beauty of Skyles Lake attracts many people from all around. One of the major traits of the surroundings of Skyles Lake is Lion Mountain, and you're sure to come across some nice folks from Kalispell here. This lake is so wonderful. The Danny on Memorial National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best, and a golf course nearby is Whitefish Lake Golf Club. Don't forget to have a look at Beaver Bay if you're here at Skyles Lake, and Big Mountain is a very popular

| | ski area around here. Skyles Lake is right by the Micho Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Les Mason Campground is a great site to camp. The views at Glacier National Park will blow your mind. You absolutely should have a thing about Skyles Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Whitefish Divide-Smokey Range National Recreation Trail, and paddling on Stillwater River is so much fun. in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is October. Don't forget to take a nice little journey to Beaver Creek, and not far from Skyles Lake you'll come across Beaver Lake which is a striking lake.
After a long day outdoors Grouse Mountain Lodge is a wonderful location to spend a night or two, and why not head up to Blacktail Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are really plentiful here
at Skyles Lake. Whitefish RV Park is a pleasant campground nearby, and soar down the rapids of Flathead River - Middle Fork in a kayak. During the days of summer here at Skyles Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's with
nighttime lows in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Skyles Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Kristianna Mountain Homes, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Spencer Lake.
