Sky Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Cabinet Mountains. A normal amount of rain falls here at Sky Lakes; November is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Sky Lakes is right by the Crowell Trail, and Best Western Kootenai River Inn & Casino is a magnificent location to get some rest. There are some great whitewater       spots on Kootenai River, and Turner Mountain has wonderful slopes and a friendly staff. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Cabinet Mountains has to offer. Don’t forget to pop by Hanging Valley if you're here at Sky Lakes, and here at Sky Lakes you can see Sugarloaf Mountain. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! The Cabinet Mountains is so good! If you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Libby is a great choice, and a                  striking lake like Klatawa Lake is a brilliant place to pop by. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Sky Lakes is unbeatable! Hiking along the Old Daly Trail is magnificent fun; Sky Lakes is a great place to visit for more than one day, Dorr Skeels Campground is a great place to camp nearby. Have a nice hiking adventure along the Berray Mountain Trail, and Cabinet Mountain Conoco Campground is a tremendous campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Yaak River for all you adrenaline kick people; you'll stumble on a wonderful lake called Minor Lake. During the long summer days highs here at Sky Lakes get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's.
