Many people like to go to Sky Lake. Sky Lake is located in the Lewis Range. Around Sky Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain while February is commonly the driest month. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The Lewis Range is peerless! There's so much to do here at Sky Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Two Medicine Campground is a good place for that, and going for a hike along the Buttercup

| | Park Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
This lake is so wonderful. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the South Shore Trail; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Appistoki Creek. A delightful close by hotel is Rising Sun Motor Inn; you need to stop at Running Eagle Falls Natural Bridge since you're here. Glacier National Park is one of the destinations right next door to Sky Lake that are fine to go to.

imagine that's plenty but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Lewis Range. Nearby lakes? Sure, Pray Lake is in the neighborhood of Sky Lake, and after a long day outdoors Swift Current Motor Inn is a good place to spend
a night or two. Paradise Point is in the vicinity and always great to visit, and Sky Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Cut Bank Campground is a magnificent local campground. During the warmest time of the year
at Sky Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Sky Lake are in the 0's.
This lake
is so wonderful. A short trip to Appistoki Falls is always worthwhile, and there are some great whitewater spots on Flathead River - Middle Fork. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great globe it would
be. Take a hike on the Dry Fork Trail, and there's whitewater on Bear Creek for all you adrenaline kick people.
