If you are in Carter county it's always a good idea to stop by Sioux Reservoir. After a long day outdoors Midway Motel is a tremendous site to spend a night or two, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not pop by Cheyenne Reservoir. | | winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Sioux Reservoir to distinguish the water at Gros Ventre Dam; you can stay the night at Ekalaka Park Campground.
If you need a place to stay Guest House Motel is a pleasant choice. There's so much to do here at Sioux Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Macnab Campground is a wonderful location for that. Sioux Reservoir gets very little rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
