Silver Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Silver Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. While you're here at Silver Lake you can take a hike along the Pyramid Trail; if you came to camp Hells Canyon Campground is a fine location to do that. This lake is so wonderful. You can catch a glimpse of Boulder Mountain from Silver Lake, and Silver Pass is also a good place to look at.

| | May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest. Livingston Super 8 Motel is a splendid location to get some rest, and Boulder River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The Absaroka Range rocks! Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Sidehill Trail; if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Boulder River.

Lake, so little time. If the weather is pleasant here at Silver Lake, you can go for a hike along the Wallace Creek Trail. There's so much to do here at Silver Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hicks Park Campground is
a splendid place for that. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool things the Absaroka Range has to offer. Through the summer months at Silver Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours
it's typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Silver Lake.
