If you are in Carbon county it's always a good idea to stop by Shrimp Lake. Shrimp Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. If you came for an overnight stay Crazy Creek Campground is a nice location to camp, and do take a hike on the Crazy Mountain Trail. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Absaroka Range. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Copeland Lake Trail; hey, Gotta ski right? This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart beating on the perfect whitewater of Clarks Fork Yellowstone River; the peak of Crazy Mountain can be spotted from Shrimp Lake. And that's not all you can do here at Shrimp Lake. Lake Creek Campground is a delightful campground nearby; hiking along the Lake Reno Trail is perfect fun.
