Sheridan Lake is in the neighborhood of Carter Lake Dam which is a gorgeous site positively worth a visit, and the skiing at Montana Snowbowl is wonderful. Camping at Sheridan Lake is pleasant       fun, Twin Campground is a pleasant local campground; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Marshall Mountain is rather near. Why not camp at Cedar Campground if you're here at Sheridan Lake; Sheridan Lake is right by the BLue Mountain Nature Trail NRT. You could also stop by Big Lake since you're here at Sheridan Lake; it's close by; if you need a place to stay Great Falls Lodging Investors is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. From Sheridan Lake you                  get a delightful vista of Mosquito Peak, and you'll probably meet some folks from Missoula here. This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mill Creek. Sheridan Lake is pretty dried up commonly; June is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Through the days of summer at Sheridan Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's.
