If you like lakes and you're in this part of Montana you can check out Sheep Lake. Sheep Lake is a good place of normal precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily June, that's the one that rains the most while October is usually the driest month. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Sheep Lake is great! You have to absolutely dedicate some time to Beartooth Plateau while you're here at Sheep Lake, and no need to travel far to stop at attention-grabbing

| | stuff like Grasshopper Glacier. All through the summertime months at Sheep Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 30's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Sheep Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Clay Butte Trail, and after a long day outdoors Cary Inn is a splendid place to spend a night or two. Going | |

for a hike on the Beauty Lake Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and Clarks Fork Yellowstone River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Absaroka Range. Sheep Lake is
a good spot to camp, Beartooth Lake Campground is a good spot, and you can hit the slopes at Red Lodge Mountain nearby.
Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is bountiful here in the Absaroka Range. Spirit Mountain is a peak you
can distinguish from Sheep Lake, and the scenery at Glacier Lake North Dam is pretty. This lake is so wonderful. Near Sheep Lake you stumble on the Beartooth Highlakes Trail which is a great hiking trail, and dry warm beds await you
at Old Crow Agency. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful.
Island Lake Campground is a nice campground here, and lakes are such calm places, why not go to Albino Lake.
