The Bungalow Lookout Trail       is a glorious hiking trail right next door to Shadow Lake; you can run the rapids of Flathead River - Middle Fork. Shadow Lake is located in the Lewis Range. Shadow Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Beaver Creek Campground is a good place to camp nearby, and there are other places here than Shadow Lake, for example Trilobite Lakes. All through the summer months here at Shadow Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's with nighttime                  lows in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Shadow Lake. Man, is there loads of exciting things to do in the Lewis Range.
