Bear Creek is a great whitewater spot close to Seven Winds of the Lake, and if you've had enough of Seven Winds of the Lake, Pitamakan Lake is close by. This lake is so wonderful. Seven Winds of the Lake gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; December is the month that gets the most snow; the driest of the months is April. Having a good time in the Lewis Range is painless. Don't leave Seven Winds of the Lake without first going for a hike along the Cut Bank Pass Trail.
