Sedge lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Through the long summer days here at Sedge lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Sedge lake. North Fork Hilgard Creek is a wonderful site to check out; you're possibly into lakes, Dome Lake is one of those close by. Stay the night

Big Sky is a very popular ski area around here, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort West Yellowstone Conference is a great choice. Super 8 Motel - West Yellowstone is a nice place to get some rest; Sedge lake is a pleasant location to visit for more than one day, Beaver Creek Campground 1 is a pleasant location to camp nearby. is a location that is reasonably arid ordinarily; the month with most of the rain is June, and the driest month of the year is January. This lake is so wonderful. Drift down the rapids of Madison River in a kayak, and you can go for
a hike on the Wapiti Creek Trail. Just can't get enough of Sedge lake. Nearby lakes? Sure, Speck Lake is next to Sedge lake; going for a hike on the Cutoff Trail is always a tremendous adventure.
