This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Sawdust Lake to make out the water at Jessup Mill Pond Dam, and during your visit here you'll meet some folks from Kalispell for sure. Sawdust Lake is generally a quite dry place; June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Sawdust Lake with       overnight lows in the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while Sawdust Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. This place, Sawdust Lake, it absolutely has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Dry warm beds await you at Bad Rock B&B, and you can go for a hike on the Alpine Trail. Beautiful Lake Blaine Resort is a glorious local campground, and don't leave Sawdust Lake without first going for a hike along the Columbia Mountain Trail. Swan River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby, and lakes are such calm locations, why not stop by Double Lake. But wait, there's more to do in the neighborhood of Sawdust Lake. If you're a golfer then a delightful close by course is Mountain Crossroads Restaurant & Golf Club, and Glacier National Park is a very good place to visit. Since you're here at Sawdust Lake why not stop at Brown Gulch, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Flathead River - Middle Fork. If you need a site to stay Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a great choice; you'll come across a stunning lake called Tamarack Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water?
