Sanders Lake is a lake worth visiting. Sanders Lake gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June, and February is the month with the least moisture. Marshall Mountain has fine slopes and a friendly staff, and on a lovely day you obtain a splendid panorama of McLeod Peak from Sanders Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Aspen Motel is a great site to spend a night or two, and soar down the rapids of Mill Creek

| | in a kayak. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Sanders Lake. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Montana Snowbowl, and this is a popular location for people from Missoula. If you need a location to stay Canyon Motel is a wonderful choice, and there are great places to explore along the Blue Mountain Equestrian and Hiking Trail.

more than a day to look at everything Sanders Lake has to offer, you can camp at Jellystone RV Park. During the warm months, highs commonly are in the 80's at Sanders Lake; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the
duration of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Sanders Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the BLue Mountain Nature Trail NRT; why not explore Glacier Lake Dam
