Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are truly bountiful here at Salmon Lake. A splendid place to camp here at Salmon Lake is Russell Gates Memorial Campground, and Salmon Lake is not the only place nearby, Big Sky Lake is a nearby lake. A lake nearby is Salmon Lake; do pop by Fish Creek since you're here at Salmon Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There are some good whitewater       spots on Blackfoot River, and you can go for a hike on the Blackfoot Divide Trail. Summer at Salmon Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Salmon Lake temperatures drop to the 0's. Lots of people from Missoula come to Salmon Lake. Salmon Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Salmon Lake                  Campground is a wonderful local campground, and going for a hike on the Pyramid Pass Trail is always a tremendous adventure. Salmon Lake is a location that is reasonably waterless commonly; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow; July meanwhile is the driest month.
