You're sure to run into some wonderful folks from Missoula here. It is very dry here at Salmon Lake mostly; through the month of January you get the most snow around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Salmon       Lake. There are pleasant places to discover along the Blackfoot Divide Trail; here at Salmon Lake you can distinguish Boyd Mountain. Throughout the warm months at Salmon Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. For the period of the winter the highs are usually in the 20's, and overnight lows at Salmon Lake during the winter mostly sink into the 0's. Fish Creek flows through                  this area, and you'll come across a striking lake called Big Sky Lake. Lakes are such calm places, why not have a look at Salmon Lake close to Salmon Lake; why not camp at Salmon Lake Campground since you're here at Salmon Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
