Having a fine time in the Lewis Range is trouble-free. Lakes are such serene sites, why not check out Trout Lake near Ruger Lake. If the weather is magnificent here at Ruger Lake, you can go for a hike along the Camas Creek Trail, and Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a great location to get some rest. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the Lewis Range has to offer. There is a splendid hiking trail       close to Ruger Lake called the Waterton Valley Trail. There's so much to do here at Ruger Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sprague Creek Campground is a fine site for that. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is gorgeous, you acquire a glorious sight of Longfellow Peak from Ruger Lake, and the Flattop Mountain Trail is a perfect hiking trail close by. This lake is one of the great places here in the Lewis Range. At Ruger Lake you don’t                  see much precipitation; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow; April meanwhile is the driest month. There are other places here than Ruger Lake, for example Dutch Lakes; Ruger Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Avalanche Campground is a wonderful local campground. So many exciting things in the vicinity of Ruger Lake, absolutely mind-boggling. Flathead River - Middle Fork is a fine whitewater spot in the vicinity of Ruger Lake, and a trip to Glacier National Park is recommended. Summertime highs at Ruger Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 70's while overnight lows are mostly in the 40's.
