Camping is available at Rainy Lake Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Bridge Street Cottages. For the duration of the months of summer here at Rubble Lake, high temperatures typically reach the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. During the winter highs are mostly in the 30's while Rubble Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. Now, you may assume that's a heap but       there's even more enjoyable things to do here in the Lewis Range. From Rubble Lake you acquire a great panorama of Holland Peak, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Foothills Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Rubble Lake, you'll hit upon Sappho Lake which is a wonderful lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Rubble Lake; Holland Falls National Recreation Trail is a good local trail. From a precipitation point of view Rubble                  Lake is a reasonably typical place; during December this area sees the most snow while July is ordinarily the driest month. Camping at Holland Lake Campground is always a glorious experience; Rubble Lake is right by the Smith Creek Trail. The Lewis Range scenery is always beautiful.
