Round Lake is a location that is pretty dried out ordinarily; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; February is the month with the least moisture. High temperatures at Round Lake through the summertime are in the 70's while night lows are mostly in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Round Lake. While you're here       at Round Lake, you could also stop at stunning Deep Lake, and Two Medicine River is a great whitewater spot nearby. There's nice hiking along the Jones Creek National Recreation Trail, and a perfect close by hotel is St Mary Lodge & Resort. This lake is so wonderful. The Bowl Divide Trail offers hiking at its best, and Round Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, West Fork Campground is a wonderful local campground. Any time is a great time at                  Round Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Twin Lake Dam is a gorgeous place close to Round Lake.
