Summertime highs at Romy Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Romy Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Romy Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Canyon Campground is a great place to camp nearby, and since you're here you       can take a hike along the Dry Fork Trail. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Romy Lake. Going for a hike along the Gilbert Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not visit Cirque Lake. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Hyde Creek Trail. Take a side tour to Black Bear Creek, and if you need a site to stay Beaverhead is a nice choice. At Romy Lake you                  don’t see much rainfall; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Romy Lake has to offer, you can camp at Clover Meadows Campground; Talus Lake is a delightful lake close by. This lake is so wonderful.
