Here at Rogers Lake you can observe Rogers Peak; if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork. This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. If you need a spot to stay Middle Fork River Inn is a good choice; there's tremendous hiking along the Camas Creek Trail. Rogers Lake is pretty dehydrated usually; December is the month that gets       the most snow while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Now, you may assume that's lots but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Lewis Range. A magnificent nearby hotel is Belton Chalet. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Rogers Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sprague Creek Campground, and the Snyder Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Flathead River - Middle Fork has a delightful                  whitewater paddling spot close by; hiking is a popular thing to do around Rogers Lake; Howe Lake Trail is a wonderful local trail. And if that's not enough there's a lot more entertaining stuff to do in the Lewis Range. There's so much to do here at Rogers Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Stanton Creek Lodge is a great site for that, and if you have the time, Glacier National Park is a national park worth taking a look at. All through the summer at Rogers Lake highs are frequently in the 70's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs all through the wintertime are typically in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Rogers Lake.
