This lake is so wonderful. Looking for a great journey? Glacier National Park is relatively in close proximity to Rogers Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Howe Lake Trail. Rogers Lake is a beautiful lake in the Lewis Range. High temperatures at Rogers Lake during the days of summer are in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. At Rogers Lake you can see Rogers Peak, and Rogers Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Stanton Creek Lodge is a good local campground. While you're here at Rogers Lake, you could also stop at scenic Trout Lake, and in case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork. | |

This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Bad Rock B&B. Yeah, come up here to the Lewis Range for a good time. Dutch Lakes is a nearby lake that you could check out. There's so much to do here at Rogers Lake that you
need to camp here for a while, Sprague Creek Campground is a splendid place for that. Good hiking is available along the Snyder Ridge Trail, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Glacier Park/Columbia Falls is a fine spot
to spend a night or two. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Lewis Range will keep you coming back time and again. Whitewater paddling is great on Flathead River - Middle Fork, and going for a hike on the Camas Creek Trail is
always a pleasant adventure. At Rogers Lake you don’t see much precipitation; through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and April is the month with the least moisture.

 | Fabulously beautiful area, dense grizzly population and zero people. Not too hard to get to crossing Flattop on bits of an obsolete trail from Fifty Mountain, then skirt along the open hills sides near Trapper Peak. One scary steep hardpan ravine must be crossed where a slip would send you plunging 1000 feet down to Lake Nahsukin. An axe would be helpful, otherwise just run real fast so your momentum will carry you to good footing on the far side.... |
