Stay the night at Thain Creek Campground. Rocky Lake is regularly a quite dried up spot; during May this area sees the most rain while February is typically the driest month. All through the warm months here at Rocky Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in       the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Rocky Lake temperatures dip to the 0's. Coalbanks Campground is a wonderful campground here, and after a long day outdoors Grand Union Hotel is a good place to spend a night or two.
