If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Timber Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel Big Timber. Around Rein Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February. For the duration of the warm days of summer highs here at Rein Lake       reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's, and night lows at Rein Lake all through the wintertime mostly fall into the 10's. And if that's not enough there's heaps more fun stuff to do in the Crazy Mountains. Camping at Half Moon Campground is always a fine experience; after a long day outdoors Crazy Mountain Inn is a brilliant location to spend a night or two.
