Going for a hike on the Spotted Bear Mountain Trail is always a glorious adventure; a good location to camp here at Recluse Lake is Holland Lake Campground. That right there is a load of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Lewis Range has it all. Recluse Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Spotted Bear Campground is a good local campground, and Recluse Lake is not the only place nearby, Sappho Lake is a nearby lake.       So many cool things to do here at Recluse Lake, too pleasant to be true. Dry warm beds await you at Bridge Street Cottages; nearby you stumble on the Smith Creek Trail which is a good hiking trail. The amount of rain that falls at Recluse Lake is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is mostly December, that's the one that snows the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. There is a fine hiking trail close to Recluse Lake                  called the Lion Creek Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Flathead River - South Fork offers some pleasant whitewater. Recluse Lake is one of the lakes here in the Lewis Range. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things in the Lewis Range. At Recluse Lake you can see Marmot Mountain; a lake close by is Picture Lake. For the period of the summertime at Recluse Lake temperatures are frequently in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
