Do go to Upper Thompson Lake near Rainbow Lake, it's a beautiful lake. There's so much to do here at Rainbow Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Logan Park Campground is a great site for that. Rainbow Lake is right by the Sipes Creek Trail. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Rainbow Lake. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. All through the wintertime       highs are ordinarily in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Rainbow Lake. Hiking along the Slimmer Creek Trail is perfect fun; dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Libby. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Divide Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and if you came to camp Happy's Inn and Resort is a magnificent location to do that.
