A good place to camp here at Rainbow Lake is Happy's Inn and Resort; you can go for a hike on       the Slimmer Creek Trail. All through the warm days of summer here at Rainbow Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's while overnight lows are frequently in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Rainbow Lake fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
