    A visit to Rachel Lake is always a good idea. This lake is one of the great places here in the Absaroka Range. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Absaroka Range. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Absaroka Range. Good hiking is available along the Upper Granite Loop Trail. Lakes are glorious; Ghost Lake is a lake that's close to Rachel Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here
 
   at Rachel Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Top Of The World Campground is a great place for that; the slopes of Red Lodge Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. You definitely should have a thing about Rachel Lake. Whitewater paddling is delightful on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Rachel Lake has to offer, you can camp at Beartooth Lake Campground. In the event that you don’t have a problem  
               getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Rachel Lake; Granite Loop Trail is a great local trail.
There's pleasant hiking along the Clay Butte Trail, and not far from Rachel Lake you'll discover Kidney Lake which is a charming lake. Throughout the summertime months at Rachel Lake highs are commonly in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Rachel Lake are in the 0's. An average amount of rainfall falls at Rachel Lake; the month with most of the rain is June while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
