Racetrack Lake is a location that       is rather dehydrated mostly; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Lower Warm Springs Campground if you're here at Racetrack Lake; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Boulder Lakes Trail. At Racetrack Lake throughout the summertime highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's,                  and overnight lows throughout the winter for Racetrack Lake tend to be in the 10's. Not far from Racetrack Lake, you'll stumble on Little Racetrack Lake which is a beautiful lake. From Racetrack Lake you get a good view of Twin Peaks; if you're here you can take a hike along the Lower Willow Creek Trail Number Four.
