At Pyramid Lake you always meet someone from Missoula, unsurprisingly you could also visit Crimson Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. For the period of the warm days of summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Pyramid Lake. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and overnight lows during the winter for       Pyramid Lake tend to be in the 10's. An average amount of rainfall falls at Pyramid Lake; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest month is July. This lake is so wonderful. A journey to Leota Park rejuvenates the soul, and Pyramid Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Seeley Lake Resort and RV Park is a magnificent local campground. So many enjoyable things to do in the Lewis Range, not enough time. A wonderful                  place to camp here at Pyramid Lake is Salmon Lake Campground, and the Blackfoot Divide Trail offers hiking at its best. Pyramid Lake is located in the Lewis Range. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Lewis Range. Whitewater paddling is great on Flathead River - South Fork, and the summit of Devine Peak can be distinguished from Pyramid Lake. Hiking along the Morrell Falls National Recreation Trail is splendid fun; Pyramid Lake is not the only spot close by, Otis Lake is a close by lake. Since you're here at Pyramid Lake why not visit Pyramid Pass, and Pyramid Lake is right by the Pyramid Pass Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
