The beauty of Pray Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is located in the wonderful Lewis Range. Visiting Glacier National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the South Shore Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and soar down the rapids of Flathead River - Middle Fork in a kayak.
Camping at Pray Lake is fine fun, Cut Bank Campground is a fine local campground,

| | and let's not forget Appistoki Creek which is a stream that you may bump into while you're here. While you're here at Pray Lake you can take a hike along the Boundary Trail, and Appistoki Peak is easy to spot from Pray Lake. That right there is a heap of amusing stuff already but it goes on, the Lewis Range has it all. And if that's not sufficient, there's a lot more to do near Pray Lake. Why not camp at Two Medicine Campground if you're here at Pray Lake; do set aside some time for Aster Park if you're here at Pray Lake. This
lake is so wonderful. Paradise Point is in close proximity to Pray Lake and is a great location to go to, naturally you could also check out Sky Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. Pray Lake is a location that is relatively
dried up regularly; most of the rain falls throughout June while February is typically the driest month.
Summer at Pray Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's.
Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Pray Lake. Be careful coming to the Lewis Range, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Have a nice hiking adventure along the Dry Fork Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit Bear Creek.
