Why not camp at Lonetree Campground if you're here at Poison Lakes, and if you've had enough of Poison Lakes, Keystone Reservoir is close by. High temperatures at Poison Lakes through the warm days of summer are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Poison Lakes.       Poison Lakes is mostly a reasonably dried up site; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Dillon. If you came for an overnight stay Hap Hawkins Campground is a nice site to camp, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Beaverhead. This lake is so wonderful.
