Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Lewis Range. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not visit Numa Lake next to Pocket Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Flathead River - Middle Fork. So many cool things in the Lewis Range, just remarkable. Camping is available       at Logging Creek Campground, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Quartz Lake Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Lewis Range. High temperatures at Pocket Lake during the summer months are in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Pocket Lake. It is very dried up here at Pocket Lake usually; during the month                  of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest of the months is April. Be careful coming to Pocket Lake, you might not ever wanna return home again. Some of the water nearby flows, like Jefferson Creek, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Bowman Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Boulder Glacier is an exciting site to go to while at Pocket Lake, and Glacier National Park is a fine site nearby. Boulder Peak is trouble-free to spot from Pocket Lake, and Boulder Pass is another great site to check out nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
