Pirate Lake

After a long day outdoors Grand Union Hotel is a fine site to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Pirate Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Thain Creek Campground is a good location for that. Pirate Lake is right next door to Big Coulee which is absolutely worth checking out. Going to Sluice Boxes State Park close to Pirate Lake is a glorious thing to do, and Pirate Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Fort Ponderosa
Campground is a great local campground.
Pirate Dam has good water scenery and it's in the vicinity of Pirate Lake, and some close by water includes South Gap Creek.
