There are delightful places to explore along the Cutoff Trail, and tremendous hiking is available along the Red Eagle Trail. Go for a hike on the Boulder Ridge Trail, and Staples Dam is not far at all from Pike Lake. Roberts Creek is a tremendous place to explore, and while you're here, you could also have a look at beautiful Spider Lake. This lake is so wonderful.       A nice place to camp here at Pike Lake is Chewing Blackbones Campground, and the vistas at Glacier National Park will blow your mind. High temperatures at Pike Lake all through the summer months are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Pike Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. Pike Lake is located in the Lewis Range.
