If you are in Flathead county it's always a good idea to stop by Lake Peter. All through the summer highs here at Lake Peter reach the 70's. Summer night lows dip down to the 40's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Peter temperatures sink to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. National Park will blow your mind. You're in all probability hooked on lakes, Amy Lake is one of those close by, and there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Alpine Trail.
Lake Peter is a location that is relatively
arid regularly; most of the rain falls through June, and the driest month is February. Why not stop at Jessup Mill Pond Dam since you're here, and get your heart beating on the wonderful whitewater of Flathead River - Middle Fork.
But wait, there's more to do in the neighborhood of Lake Peter. Why not explore close by Brown Creek since you're here at Lake Peter; the Doris Creek Trail is a good hiking trail nearby.
If you came to camp Beautiful Lake Blaine
Resort is a great location to do that, and nearby Brown Gulch is a tremendous place to go. This lake is so wonderful. It's always nice to have a look at 28N20W23BABC01 Spring, and after a long day outdoors Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a pleasant location to spend a night or two.
