Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Pear Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 30's. Throughout the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Pear Lake temperatures descend to the 0's. So many fun things to do in the Pioneer Mountains, not enough time. Why not camp at Dinner Station Campground if you're here at Pear Lake, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Dillon       is a good place to spend a night or two. So much cool stuff to do here at Pear Lake, too glorious to be true. Hiking along the Gold Creek Trail is pleasant fun. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Pear Lake is great fun, Mono Creek Campground is a great local campground; one of the main features of the surroundings of Pear Lake is Alturas Number Two Mountain. Pear Lake Dam is a location that is close to Pear Lake; do take a hike on the Driveway Trail.                  This lake is located in the wonderful Pioneer Mountains. At Pear Lake you don’t see much precipitation; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February.
