I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Panhandle Lake. On a lovely day you get a view of Courthouse Mountain from Panhandle Lake, and Panhandle Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Colter Campground is a nice local campground. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Absaroka Range, too nice to be true. While you're here at Panhandle Lake,       you could also check out pretty Star Dust Lake, and Stillwater River has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby. Panhandle Lake is one of the lakes here in the Absaroka Range. If the weather is glorious here at Panhandle Lake, you can go for a hike along the Republic Trail; Anvil Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. This lake is so wonderful. Through the warm months highs here at Panhandle Lake get into the 70's with nighttime lows in the 30's.                  Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Panhandle Lake temperatures dip to the 0's. It is very dehydrated here at Panhandle Lake typically; May is the wettest month with most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. There is a great hiking trail close to Panhandle Lake called the North Crandall Trail; in the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone. Man, is there a heap of amusing things to do in the Absaroka Range. If you need a spot to stay Super 8 Motel Big Timber is a good choice, and a good spot to explore is Lulu Pass. This lake is so wonderful. The Pilot Creek Trail is a glorious hiking trail in close proximity to Panhandle Lake.
