Montana has many beautiful lakes and Owl Lake is one of them. Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Owl Lake reach the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are typically in the 30's, and overnight lows through the winter for Owl Lake tend to be in the 10's. That right there is a heap of fun things already but it goes on, the Absaroka Range has it all. A pleasant trip to Lake Plateau

| | is a great way to spend an afternoon, and you can run the rapids of Boulder River. This lake is so wonderful.
Going for a hike along the Republic Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and if you need a location to stay Silvergate Cabins is a delightful choice. so little time. If the weather is wonderful here at Owl Lake, you can go for a hike along the Thunderer Cutoff Trail; Grizzly Lodge is a good spot to get some rest.
You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining
stuff in the Absaroka Range. Hicks Park Campground is a tremendous campground here, and camping at Owl Lake is magnificent fun, Hells Canyon Campground is a magnificent local campground. Owl Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka
Range. You get a pleasant vista of Lake Mountain from Owl Lake, and you'll find a beautiful lake called Lake Diaphanous.
This lake is so wonderful. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Lodgepole Trail; there's some flowing water close by, Lewis Creek is a stream you can pop by during your stay.
