Just can't get enough of Otis Lake. Camping is available at Big Larch Campground, and there's good hiking along the Blackfoot Divide Trail. A lovely lake like Pyramid Lake in the vicinity of Otis Lake is a great location to take a look at; if you come at the right time of year, Flathead River - South Fork offers some glorious whitewater. Summertime at Otis Lake arrives with high temperatures in       the 70's, and the nighttime is quite cooler of course, generally in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Otis Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Furious Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here; wonderful hiking is available along the Pyramid Pass Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing                  stuff in the Lewis Range. Do pop by Crimson Lake close to Otis Lake, it's a picturesque lake, and the panorama of pretty Count Peak is good. Otis Lake is a beautiful lake in the Lewis Range. Otis Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; the month with most of the snow is January, and the driest month is July. At Otis Lake you always meet someone from Missoula, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Blackfoot River. That right there is a load of cool things already but it goes on, the Lewis Range has it all.
