| | choice, and going for a hike on the Cedar Creek Stock Driveway is always a brilliant adventure. Around Oregon Lakes you don’t get a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July.

Stay the night at Sloway Campground, and as expected, this is a
great region for folks who like lakes, Missoula Lake is a lake in the vicinity. Float down the rapids of St. Joe River in a kayak, and the peak of Gold Crown Peak can be made out from Oregon Lakes. Through the summer highs here at
Oregon Lakes reach the 80's, and the night is fairly cooler of course, ordinarily in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Oregon Lakes dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
