If you need a place to stay Country Motor Inn is a nice choice. Oasis Lakes is mostly a pretty dry place; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Oasis Lakes is located in the Crazy Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Crazy Mountain Inn is a great place to spend a night or two, and no need to       travel far to pop by out of the ordinary stuff like Grasshopper Glacier. You can see Conical Peak from Oasis Lakes, and Half Moon Campground is a delightful campground here. For the period of the days of summer at Oasis Lakes highs are generally in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Oasis Lakes dipping down into the 10's all through winter                  nights. Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Crazy Mountains.
