    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Nurses Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Boulder River - West, and Burrls Flat is a glorious place to stretch your legs a bit. A lake nearby is Horseshoe Lake, and the Pyramid Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close by. So much amusing stuff in the Absaroka Range, just incredible. Take a little tour to Grouse Creek if you're here at Nurses  
   Lakes.
Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Absaroka Range. One of the principal marks of the surroundings of Nurses Lakes is Mount Rae, and if you came for an overnight stay Falls Creek Campground is a wonderful place to camp. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Boulder River; Big Beaver Campground is a great campground nearby. During the summertime months at Nurses Lakes temperatures are commonly in the 80's. During the moonlight
 
               hours it's frequently in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are commonly in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Nurses Lakes through the wintertime generally plunge into the 10's.
Nurses Lakes gets very little rainfall; the wettest month of the year is mostly May, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest. Nurses Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Absaroka Range. Just can't get enough of Nurses Lakes. If the weather is pleasant here at Nurses Lakes, you can go for a hike along the Sidehill Trail, and after a long day outdoors Murray Hotel is a great place to spend a night or two.
