All through the summer at Northern Pacific Reservoir temperatures are generally in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 20's while Northern Pacific Reservoir night low temperatures during the wintertime are in       the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little spree to McClellan Creek if you're here at Northern Pacific Reservoir; since you're here, you could also pop by beautiful Helena Valley Reservoir. If you came to camp Helena Campground and RV Park is a glorious location to do that; hiking is a popular thing to do around Northern Pacific Reservoir; Prospect Shafts Trail is a perfect local trail. While you're here at Northern Pacific Reservoir you will meet lots                  of folks from nearby Helena; Holmes Gulch is a splendid place to spend some time. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are truly abundant here at Northern Pacific Reservoir. A splendid nearby hotel is Red Lion Colonial Hotel; Great Divide is a fine local ski area. If you need a location to stay Elkhorn Mountain Inn is a great choice, and there's nice hiking along the Backside Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Northern Pacific Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Lakeside Resort and Marina is a glorious location for that, and don't leave Northern Pacific Reservoir without first going for a hike along the 1906 Trail.
